GLISPARK products may include natural stones, crystals, greeting cards, printed photo cards, and other gift-related items. Natural stones may vary in color, pattern, size, texture, and appearance. These natural variations are part of the character of each item and are not considered defects.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the natural variation of each stone and differences in screen display, the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos shown.

Any references to crystal meanings, rituals, intentions, love, clarity, calm, or similar themes are provided for symbolic, decorative, lifestyle, and personal reflection purposes only.

Personalized Orders

If you submit a handwritten message, uploaded photo, photo title, photo note, or other personalization content, you are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, capitalization, image quality, and permissions before placing your order.

We will prepare personalized content based on the information you submit. Final printed results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, resolution, cropping, screen color differences, and printing limitations.

By submitting personalization content, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that content for your order, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from content you submit.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, inventory, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or unavailable personalization content.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.

International Orders, Shipping, Customs and Duties

We ship to customers worldwide. Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Personalized orders may require 1 additional business day. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
